Adrienne Horne
Adrienne (she/her) has a background in engineering leadership, software development, and Agile coaching. She integrates her experience with scaling business operations and community organizing to deliver complex, technical projects through iterative planning and development. Adrienne uses discerning questions and mentorship experience to unleash what people can do together with shared goals.
Juliana Burkhart
Juliana (she/her) is a professional coach with roots in small business operations, marketing content writing, and project management. Drawing on her background as a movement artist, she brings a creative, people-centered approach to leadership and team development. She’s known for asking thoughtful, imaginative questions that keep people and projects aligned and moving forward.
Claire Horne
Claire (she/her) has supported
non-profits and community groups with operations, customer service, and program administration since 2010. As an interdisciplinary artist and creative professional, she brings a keen eye for detail, design sensibility, and inventive thinking to the team. Claire designs tools and processes to help businesses and teams grow their brand identity to match aesthetics with personality and purpose.
